What is the be like mike shop?

The be like mike shop is a way to show your St. Mike's pride and celebrate what makes the hospital special. Every item is an opportunity to share the spirit of be like mike and the commitment to exceptional care, without exception.

What merchandise is available?

We're starting with be like mike totes, hats, hoodies in a range of colours and sizes. We hope to introduce more items in the future so keep checking back!

Does my purchase support St. Michael's Hospital?

The be like mike shop is all about building awareness, celebrating our community, and sharing what St. Mike's stands for.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Merchandise purchases are available online at belikemike.ca. Simply select your items, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your selections and shipping details before completing your purchase.

How will I know my order was received?

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. If you don't see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

What happens if an item is sold out?

We hope to restock popular items but availability isn't guaranteed. Click “Notify Me” on the product page to sign up for an email alert when the item is back in stock.

Shipping and Pickup

Where do you ship?

At this time, we are keeping the be like mike love close to home and ship across Canada only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! We offer pickup at our Foundation office in Toronto at 2 Queen Street East, 7th floor.

Select the pickup option at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect it.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 4 pm. We will notify you when your item is ready.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes! Please ensure they present your order confirmation email upon arrival. Pickup is available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

As our merchandise is produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if something isn't right. Please contact hello@belikemike.ca within 2 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the item.

How do I know what hoodie size to order?

Our hoodies are available in sizes XS to XXL. Please refer to the size guide on the product page before ordering to find your best fit.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, ApplePay, PayPal, and Google Pay. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Are taxes included in the price?

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Will I receive a charitable tax receipt for my purchase?

No. Merchandise purchases are not eligible for charitable tax receipts If you'd like to make a tax-receiptable donation to St. Mike’s, please visit belikemike.ca.
